Valubo provides an AI-powered document analysis tool that helps users identify potential inaccuracies and issues in their credit reports. Our service generates detailed analysis reports and personalized dispute letters based on our findings.

Service Availability: This service is available exclusively to US residents. Our AI analysis is designed for credit reports issued by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, and disputes are based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a US federal law. International credit reports are not supported.

2. Important Disclaimer

Valubo is NOT a Credit Repair Organization (CRO) as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not:

  • Provide legal advice
  • Make payments to creditors on your behalf
  • Guarantee specific credit score improvements
  • Contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf
  • Promise removal of accurate negative information

Our service provides analysis tools and dispute documents for your personal use only. Any actions you take with these documents are your own responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Upload only your own credit reports or reports you have legal authorization to access
  • Provide accurate information during the checkout process
  • Use generated documents only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI analysis technology
  • Not use our service for fraudulent purposes

  • Delivery: Documents delivered to your email within 5 minutes of payment
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if our analysis contains errors or quality issues

5. Intellectual Property

The Valubo service, including our AI analysis technology, website design, and generated dispute documents, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the documents we generate for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALUBO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CREDIT SCORE CHANGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any disputes you initiate using our documents. Credit bureaus and creditors are not obligated to remove items from your credit report, and results vary based on individual circumstances. Our analysis is provided for informational purposes only.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe you are violating these terms or using our service for fraudulent purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms
